Abstract:
The visit of a three-storey National Storage facility includes a guided walkthrough with the design engineer to discuss key design challenges and the rationale behind specific design choices. The tour will showcase a range of structural systems used on the project, including precast panels, composite decking, and EBFs.
Attendees will also see live construction activities, including structural steel and ComFlor metal decking installation, such as decking placement and shear stud installation.
