Abstract
The tower is predominantly residential with some office and retail accommodation on the lower floors, as well as 2 levels of above ground parking and 5 levels of below ground parking and plant areas. In total the tower development is approximately 46,635m2.
At 56 above ground levels at 187m it will be the tallest residential building in Auckland.
